Credit and Collection Management Seminar is a 2-day intensive course for managers, supervisors, account collection specialists, loan officers, loan processors, credit investigators, members of the credit committee and entrepreneurs who are engaged in extending financial services such as Lending Institutions, Rural Banks, Cooperative Banks, Credit Cooperatives and multi-purpose cooperatives with lending services. This will help participants refresh, revisit, and review, re-polish their skills and adopt systematic credit process and collection techniques/guides and ensure recovery of investments.
The central objective of this course is to build-up groundwork of credit review progression, collection processes and techniques. This will allow the participants to understand what is credit risk management, what are the credit processes, when and how to set up valuation reserves to ensure sound credit management. The course also enables participants to set up recovery and remedial measures to recover investments in loans. Moreover, this serves as survival guide that walks around the dynamics of troubled firms/institutions from the perspective of providing methodology for success of credit and collections management.
